Our Nero d'Avola, a lesser known Sicilian varietal, has delicate aromas of mulberry, plum, and dried strawberries. Medium-bodied with structured tannins, the palate carries a hint of orange rind and toasted nutmeg.
Pairs with heavier fish, shellfish, roasted and grilled meats, eggplant parmigiana or pasta with spicy, acidic sauces.
