Despite the name, which translates as little sweet one, our Dolcetto has wonderful aromas of sweet raisin, ripe fruit, molasses, and earthy spice, with flavors of fig jam, and almond on the palate.
It will drink well with red meats, light stews, pasta puttanesca, and dark chocolate tarts.
