Aged in 50% New French Oak, this Pinot Noir has delectable aromas of red cherries and cranberries, with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a mild earthiness that continues on to the palate. Medium-bodied with a soft, round finish. Pair this with cedar plank salmon, tuna, roasted chicken, bacon stuffed mushrooms, Brie, creme brulée, or strawberries and cream.
