Primitivo 2014 | Amador County

Our Primitivo, sometimes called the Mother of Zinfandel, is grown by Dominick at his vineyard in Amador County and is our Flagship wine. This wine is full-bodied, with rich aromas and flavors of red cherries, raspberries, dried cranberries, along with notes of cinnamon and vanilla.

This robust red pairs perfectly with Mediterranean dishes, lasagna, grilled red meats, lamb chops, strong cheeses, and is wonderful poured over peaches.
